The mission of the Junior Cycling Project is to offer and explore more opportunities for kids to participate in cycling events, work to expand our scholarship program for young athletes, and work with the community and other non-profits to ensure bikes are available to kids of all ages.
Junior Cycling Project is pleased to offer scholarship opportunities to competitors in the Colorado Junior Cup with a very special thanks to the Bailey Hundo. 2019 marks the first year of the program and is dedicated to helping young and aspiring cyclists in their path towards continuing education. All scholarship money will be managed in a separate fund and allocated at the time of enrollment. When the recipient chooses their institution for continuing education, Junior Cycling Project will submit a check in the name of the recipient directly to the school of choice. This option will be available to Category 1 level racers. Scholarships will be based on placement in the race to the top 3 riders, boys and girls, in select categories.
Junior Cycling Project is registered with the IRS as a 501 (c) (3) organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We appreciate your support to the Junior Cycling Project and thank you for making a difference in the lives of upcoming cyclists, who desire to make cycling a healthy way of life.
